The Basement Guys Podcasts

Hank and Mike, The Basement Guys are back in 2017. After extended contract negotiations they are still letting us do a show and we still make no money and we are worth every penny of that. This weeks show features music from Gary Clark Jr., Mick Taylor, SRV, Dave Mason, Joe Cocker and Leon Russell, local artists Kris Lager and Matt Cox among the others tunes. In between we review the Good Life Bar and Grill, talk about afternoon TV game shows when we were young, a remembrance of Mike Kronschnabel and Forgotten Omaha Facebook. Join us this week  Monday at  9 am, Tuesday 5 pm, Wednesday at  10 pm, Thursday 7 am, Friday 11 am, Saturday 1 pm and Sunday 3 pm. As always we recall things from Omaha like the Quebec Bar (yea seems like we have lots of bar stories) to Omaha Myths like Hummel park (not the mystery of the missing blues dj), black angel and the albino farm. Really we believed there was an albino farm in Tomlinson woods. Boy we’re we gullible.  We continue with our social experiment asking people in bars questions about love, life and song and are amazed at what they tell us.
