Hank and Mike grew up hanging out in the basement,  listening to  albums and being young kids. We believe "basementy" is a word that describes an adolescent mentality, silly humor, rock and roll music and  unusual stuff you don't see everyday.  When you visit our Face Book page , you will see good music clips, funny memes and cool stuff you might have missed on the internet! Really a cool time killer that is not political, crude, (well...  not very crude) or hateful. Hank and Mike, Radiomaha.com's own Basement Guys, hang out and talk about growing up in Omaha while we listen to music that we loved "back in the day". I am sure that by now you have heard that  www.RadiOmaha.com  BANNED The Basement Guys last week, and thanks to the protesters, we are back on the air in Full Force! We want to thank all that wrote Rick Galusha, Diver Dan, Glenn Bauer (Livin the Blues) and others to make your statement that The Basement Guys are needed on RadiOmaha ! We don't need no stinking suit wearing people from the establishment to tell us what we can't say on our show!  We will continue to have fun while we listen to great music and talk about life and music in Omaha Nebraska. Hank and Mike, The Basement Guys are back in 2017. After extended contract negotiations they are still letting us do a show and we still make no money and we are worth every penny of that. This weeks show features music from Gary Clark Jr., Mick Taylor, SRV, Dave Mason, Joe Cocker and Leon Russell, local artists Kris Lager and Matt Cox among the others tunes. In between we review the Good Life Bar and Grill, talk about afternoon TV game shows when we were young, a remembrance of Mike Kronschnabel and Forgotten Omaha Facebook. Join us this week  Monday at  9 am, Tuesday 5 pm, Wednesday at  10 pm, Thursday 7 am, Friday 11 am, Saturday 1 pm and Sunday 3 pm.
