Omaha's Basement Guys on www.RadiOmaha.com   are 2 old friends that share great music you don't hear everyday.  Basementy describes music, clothing, tv shows and movies that are popular among pot smokers and the under employed. Hank and Mike grew up hanging out in the basement,  listening to  albums and being young kids. We believe "basementy" is a word that describes an adolescent mentality, silly humor, rock and roll music and  unusual stuff you don't see everyday.  When you visit our Face Book page , you will see good music clips, funny memes and cool stuff you might have missed on the internet! Really a cool time killer that is not political, crude, (well...  not very crude) or hateful. Hank and Mike, The Basement Guys are back in 2017. After extended contract negotiations they are still letting us do a show and we still make no money and we are worth every penny of that. This weeks show features music from Gary Clark Jr., Mick Taylor, SRV, Dave Mason, Joe Cocker and Leon Russell, local artists Kris Lager and Matt Cox among the others tunes. In between we review the Good Life Bar and Grill, talk about afternoon TV game shows when we were young, a remembrance of Mike Kronschnabel and Forgotten Omaha Facebook.
